"Valets are great. Rest of staff ok. Had issuescwith hot water, bugs in room etc that were half looked into. Tile missing in bathroom. Not the hotel it once was sadly."

"We had a great stay at the Oakes. Please ensure that you set your expectations accordingly. This is a mid grade hotel with strong service. The infrastructure is older but has been maintained. The pool, workout and lounge/coffee bar are small but convenient. We were upgraded to a two floor queen suite which was nice. We had a high up view and appreciated it. In the end that is what you are paying for here is the view. "

"There is an additional tax that you have to pay in the niagara area..i find this to be unacceptable ..staff were unable to waive this fee. We dined at Brasa steakhouse last night and they were more than accomodating to reverse this charge. I would expect the Ramada to do the same."

"The hotel is older but beautifully remodeled. It is connected by indoor walking to souvenier shopping, the Hershey store, Casino, a food court, Starbucks, and the Hard Rock Cafe. There was an excellent view of the Falls from our room. The only 2 issues were the bathroom has a pedestal sink, so no counter space and the air conditioning blows very softly. We are hot natured and wanted it to be cooler, but it never did cool down anymore. Everyone on staff was very friendly."

"We stayed here for our wedding. Got married at Club Roma and it’s nicely located only a 10minute drive from the venue. A big plus for us is that they are dog friendly as our dog was our ring bearer. They were super accommodating and we saw a few dogs during our stay but didn’t hear any barking! We stayed in the penthouse/ executive suite to go all out for our special day. It was very clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was lots of space for us 7 girls to get...
