"I will not be staying at this hotel again, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve had the displeasure of sleeping in. The hotel itself is ok, the room needed a lot of work on it. I’m glad I was travelling alone this time as I would expect my wife to stay in a room like that."

"Breakfast was really good and the staff were so polite and helpful Room was a very decent size, clean and comfortable. Great location Staff were really what made 5* though"

"While the room itself was serviceable and the breakfast was fine there was one VERY large peculiarity, that a lot of people staying there , including myself, was talking about. There is a floor to ceiling, unfrosted window next to the bed that looks right into the bathroom. From which you can see not just the shower but also THE TOILET!!! It makes for an uncomfortable room share."

"The staff was super helpful and understanding - no matter the hour. The beds were changed and cleaned swiftly, and in time, I didn't even notice it. Rooms were clean and provided enough personal space for everyone. Breakfast was rather good and changed a little every time, which was a fun bonus. The only minuses I can write about are the level of noise that travelled through the windows/walls and the heat in the rooms. Those, however, were not entirely unexpected - the location was around...

"It was clean and modern plenty of seating to relax in. The bar was available for coffee, drinks and snacks. Near the train station and the rooms were clean. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast which was continental catered for all tastes vegan if required. All in all a most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely go again."

"Lovely hotel well located"

"It was clean and helpful staff"

"Brilliant helpful staff always helpful"

"It was fine for a single night stay, but I wouldn’t stay here longer than that. The room was incredibly small. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and slumped in the middle. They also charge to hold your luggage for an hour, which I’ve not come across in another hotel."

"good"

"Overall, very clean and as described. Decent breakfast and a good price. The team are very friendly."

"Good location near the station. Comfortable room!"

"ok, breakfast £12.50 if you book online from room before you go saving £5"

"I had a great stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Manchester’s Northern Quarter! I was traveling solo, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, especially the nightlife. There are so many great pubs and bars within walking distance, making it an ideal spot for a pub crawl. I loved being able to walk around, discover new places, and enjoy the atmosphere of the Northern Quarter. The hotel was comfortable and a great place to come back to after a fun evening out. I would definitely stay...

"Don't be fooled by the external appearance, this place is a gem on a budget and very convenient for transport links to Old Trafford, Trafford Ctr and Manchester. Good accomodation, clean and a useful bar area. Some work needed to spruce the bar up a bit (drink quality and choice, plus a clean and workable pool table) otherwise ok."

"PLEASE get the lifts looked after. I swear, the elevators are haunted for Halloween, but this is, as John Cleese would say…. ….SILLY"
