"Room is very clean and spacious."

"Everything is excellent, while single beds are a bit smaller than the standard ones. Yet this is the best motel we stayed in the South Island of NZ."

"Just off the Main Street in Franz Josef, close to all the amenities and activities."

"Comfy beds, clean and well kept, great kitchenette, easy check in and check out"

"Very clean and today and in great location. Opposite food trucks and bagels for quick coffee and dinners , 5 min walk to town. Lovely setting with garden and stream in back area . Older motel so no mod cons and looks a bit dated but good shower pressure and warm enough ."

"Very clean, easy check in and Very central to amenities."

"Spacious and great helpful staff!"

"Thank you for an amazing stay :)"

"Cosy and modern, with beautiful views. An easy walk to the Cardrona Pub. "

"In a great setting. In walking distance to the lakeside and amenities, but quiet and spacious at the apartment."

"Lovely quiet and spacious studio with balcony. Has everything you need and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. About a 10-15 minute walk into town. Everything was immaculately clean."

"We were there before the pre-ski season rush and it is clear that the new management wants to impress. The kitchen and accommodations were clean and inviting and the kitchen was well equipped and well organized (including labeled fridge and pantry locations for each room). I appreciated that they had a dishwasher which saved time in the kitchen and made me feel the dishes were actually clean unlike some other shared kitchens I’ve used. Great location as well- walking distance to the lake front...

"The property was large, clean and spacious. But there were issues. The air-conditioning remote was lost and we couldn't get the a/c to work properly and my son got so hot we had to move his bed into the living area. Also, the apartment advertised access to an indoor pool but this was not communicated on check in or at the apartment, so not sure if this was real or not. Luckily the weather was nice and kids swam in the lake. "

"建物自体はかなり古いと思いますが、内装をリノベーションしてあるので綺麗でした、特に気になったことは下記２点です。 ・2階が寒い、リビング暖炉がありますが使用しても寒かったこと ・修理してもらいましたが、2日間お湯が出なくなったこと"

" Nice people caring service "
