"Apartment was excellent and is quite big and very new and very clean. It had everthing you need expect for a washing machine and would definitely stay here again. The position is perfect as it is right on the train station and you do not hear the trains. Easy access to get to the attractions and supermarket acros the road as it is so expensive to eat in Switzerland when converting from Australian dollars. 9.5 out of 10 rating from us."

"Overall very positive experience, reception staff were very attentive and went out of the way to accommodate our earlier check-in. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "

"فندق كويس واطلالة خرافية مع انهم كانوا بيحرموني منها بسبب انهم اعطوني غرفه مختلفه عن حجزي وكان الاسلوب استغفالي من الموظفة وكانت تقول ان الصور في الهوتيلز غير صحيحه وهي اعطتني اطلاله على الجبل فقط وانا حجزي اطلالة على الجبل والبحيرة ورفضت الغرفة وكان اسلوبها سيء وفيه استنقاص سواء لي كعربي او تكرارها بأن الفندق ٣ نجوم وليس ٥ وبعد جدال طويل بقدرة قادر حصلت الغرفه المطلوبة في الدور الثاني وكانت هذه الموظفة اسوء شي قابلته في هذا الفندق الجميل لان باقي الموظفين محترمين وخدومين الى أبعد...
