"Rooms were modern, clean, a good size. Breakfast was more than adequate, especially considering it was included. Location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the center of downtown. Parking was easy to access and also included. "

"This is a warm, friendly and family oriented place to stay. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown Banff. The hot tubs and sauna are well maintained and the s’mores around the fire pit was something we looked forward to every night, while playing board games that are accessible to play. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety. There is something for everyone. The room we had was like you would have in a cabin. So warm and cozy. Would stay again."

"Location of this hotel is great, and likely they have lots of wildlife come by the property as I’ve seen many in the area before. But we didn’t see any in the night we visited, unfortunately. The room itself was fine. But it was disappointing to have really cheap toilet paper that broke apart. We also had a broken lamp, and the room was quite dark. But, the staff was super helpful, and there were nice touches like games in the lobby."
