"Good breakfast, nice underground parking, walkable everywhere restaurants and shopping, Room was great and so was the hot tub."

"Great hotel, wonderful spa hot tub and dry sauna. The rooms in the 4th floor were clean and comfortable. Great pillows! Renovated. The gym equipment wasn’t great, but weights were all there. Lots of stairs but with updated grips during winter and snow since there are external hallways to get to your room. Not great if you have mobility concerns in winter."

"Great stay as always here, staff was accomodating and friendly. Great location and rooms in great shape."

"Not to bad and close to the Keg 👍"

"We were married at Buffalo Mountain Lodge 26 years ago and the place is very well maintained. It is as wonderful and beautiful as it was then. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay."

"Beautiful setting. Cute rustic resort."

"Great stay!"

"This hotel is beautifully renovated and spacious. We loved getting coffee every morning at the cafe. The room itself was very nice, modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and informative. I was able to what's app message them any questions I had which was convenient. The location is convenient and walkable distance to everything."

"The shower did not have a curtain or door which was inconvenient. Also the water park, pool, and sauna were all closed during our stay even though it was a weekend. The views were amazing but we were disappointed that the amenities listed were unavailable."

"The King room was too small for the bed, mattress was completely worn out, could hardly sleep on it, there were food crumbs under the table from last guests, the closet doors were broken could not open. We checked out after first night, paid extra for cancellation with Expedia but property owner would not honour it and charged us for the 2nd night. Do not recommend this property at any price level, the customer is clearly not important to them."
