"Fantastic stay, great staff. Ala, the team manager and staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Lovely to see happy staff who enjoy their work and nothing was to much trouble for them. Ala, as soon as he greeted us and heard that we were Welsh, he actually said a few Welsh words to us! Very impressive 😃 Great hotel and very relaxing, in the centre of the hub. We will be back. “Diolch” for our great stay. ❤️"
