"Super concept! Everything worked well and was clean. Especially we appreciated the opportunity to heat up food with the microwave as well as the provided plates and cutlery in the common area. There are also some board games and a ping pong table. The room was very modern and spacious. We used the early check-in and the luggage storage. Everything very uncomplicated. Can 100% recommend!"

"This was a solid but not wonderful stay. The room was very typical european in that it was small and cramped and the shower was tiny. That wasn't a huge issue, though because that is what's expected in Europe. My bigger gripe was that I got my period one of the nights and bled on the sheets and they didn't get changed. They just made the bed over the stain, which was kind of icky. Also the toilet lid would always fall on us while we were using the toilet and it didn't like to stay up....

"I had a great stay at Hotel AX during my visit to Helsinki. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. One thing I really appreciated was the location. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the city. It was also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the ferry terminal, which made my trip to Tallinn very easy and stress-free. Overall, I found Hotel AX...
