The spa is lovely, rooms are well done with all the amenities, fitness room is convenient, restaurant is wonderful, and it is close to public transport and a grocery store. "I unexpectedly had a 1 day layover in Helsinki and had to make arrangements last minute. If you are a woman alone traveling and need a fast and safe place to stay this is absolutely a great choice. The shuttle was on time, the hotel was clean and accommodating. My room was small as expected but clean and comfortable, perfect for one person. The restaurant was good as well and the server was a delightful man with a sense of humor. If I’m ever in this situation again I won’t hesitate to come back....

"I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at the Scandic Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel appeared to be quite new and impeccably clean. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast area, which was large and offered an extensive selection of delicious food. It was the perfect way to start each day. The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s within walking distance to key points of interest: just a 10-minute walk to Central Station, a 5-minute stroll to the major shopping area, and there's a convenient tram stop nearby. This made exploring Helsinki incredibly easy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Scandic Hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Helsinki. Highly recommended!"
