"We were two mums and two 10 year olds on a theatre trip. This hotel was perfect for us - easy to drive to (outwith the centre), plenty parking, very nice staff, spacious room (double bed and bunk beds family room) and easy to get into the City (number 26 bus from just round the corner got us there in 25 mins) In the morning, the girls went for a swim - we were able to supervise from the side - the pool was nice and clean, and the guy working there was really helpful and kind. "This hotel is away from the hustle & bustle of city life, but it is right on the bus route in and out of Edinburgh. We got instructions from the desk staff on how to use the Lothian Bus system. Breakfasts were buffet style and kept supplied by the staff. I enjoyed the wide variety of food choices for breakfast."
