"Ok, so it’s a 3 star, but they seem to be pushing that to the downside. The front of house staff are friendly and helpful, but I’ve never really experienced bad service generally in the US. The hotel however, is pretty woeful. It feels like a very old property that that are trying to squeeze a last decade out of before it’s condemned. Nothing really works that well; only 2 of the 3 lifts work, the rooms are shabby, the bathrooms even shabbier, room service is non-existent…they have a green towel...

"The staff was incredibly gracious, we stayed. A week and we’re on a budget. Breakfast was ok. And hot tub had a buzzing a few things needed repairs but over all, soooo happy with price, and comfyness for my two littles and family"

"Airport shuttle took 1 hr to show up after the initial call. Called again twice while we waited for 45 mins. The shuttle was shared with Embassy Suites. The hotel blamed traffic but it was past 22:00 on a Tuesday night. We saw other hotel shuttles coming around twice while we waited 45 mins for La Quinta. Room was clean but they provided one small bar of soap and one each of a Single use tube of shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast hrs were from 06:00-08:00. They did not provide the...
