"I loved how close the property was to UNC-CH…it was very convenient and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We checked in later in the evening and hadn’t had dinner yet, and luckily found that the property had a bar menu. The ONLY thing that was a little frustrating was the parking situation. My daughter and I came back to the hotel two nights around 9-9:30pm and were not able to get a parking spot in the parking deck so we had to park in the SECU lot about a block and a half away. ...

"The sides and flooring area in and around the elevators were pretty beaten up and dirty. The door to my room was hung crooked in the doorframe and there was about a 3/8" gap along the locking side. So alot of light and noise from the hallway. I only stayed because I used the additional interior flip lock to secure the door. Room was clean and staff were very nice and helpful. "
