"Facilities were above standard, the spa was very good amoung UK standard. However the lady who served us in the reception was very unprofessional. She just helped us to check in only, without telling us where the facilities were, the time of breakfast, the wifi accessibility, the check out time etc. Seems she was not bother to talk to you. "very helpfull and polite staff even though they work long hours they always had a smile. Property does need updating and is being refurbished ,my room was very clean as off the hotel its self. Breakfast plentiful which was a buffet. help yourself self to hot food or a selection of cold food . Parking there's parking out front but its very limited ,there is a carpark in town behind weatherspoons which is payable."

"We had a great stay here. Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in"

"Charming little hotel on the seaside promenade. Spacious rooms, a cosy "snug lounge" to read or have tea, coffee or other. Nice dining room, with a choice of free continental breakfast (which includes fresh baked croissants, cereal, toat, juice yogurt, and tea or coffee) or a full breakfast for a reasonable cost. The dining room is also open for lunch and dinner, and the food is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and as a solo traveler, i felt very comfortable."

"Property was conveniently located. However some item needed repair although they could be used. Example: the shower leaked water which wasted water. The TV didn’t have a video signal although that may have need due to storms. Staff were very helpful and room was clean and neat."
