"Room had a kettle for making coffee and tea that’s great , buffet breakfast was ok, and room was ok except the window view was a wall next door, air conditioner worked well"

"Perfect location for food, shopping and the cruise port. Our room was nice and bathroom clean. There was some noise from the back of the hotel where our room was, but being in a metropolitan area, it could not be helped. Breakfast service was more than expected. Food and drink were very tasty and plentiful. And the cappuccino machine was a great surprise."

"Great room size, plenty of space. Comfy bed and dark room. This room was above the Irish Pub so was definitely noisy but the windows did a good job of blocking most of the street noise. Staff were lovely and helpful, easy walk to the train station. "

"Beautiful old building tastefully done up with a lot of flair. My bed was up some stairs from a lovely sitting area and all in a wonderful high ceilinged room with large window. Delicious breakfast across the way in sister hotel Palazzo Grillo. Staff went to huge trouble to make stay comfortable, booked a restaurant and then communicated with me via What's App. Overall excellent for both comfort and service. On a week's trip to Italy, this was by far the most comfortable bed."

"Loved it for the adventure and friendly staff. But it's not a typical hotel: Finding the unmarked entry and making sure we coordinated arrival with our hosts. But it worked out perfectly. It's really an old "inn." Plus there are a few flights of stairs. But it's location right in the center of everything walkable (but not loud and off the main street). (Not good for cars probably.)"

"From the momement we arrived staff behaved oddly. It felt as if they were watching our every move. The only camera inside the building shows who is entering and exiting. On our 3rd night, exiting the door, my brother gets robbed of his IPhone by a street thug. We asked hotel reception to contact police and they refused saying "no police". Had a bad feeling from day one about this place. Stay away, shady people, shady area"

"Staff is friendly & very helpful & hotel has a family feel. Delightful rooftop terrace for breakfast. Location is perfect— easy walk to palazzos, excellent restaurants, and Piazza de Ferrari is 3 minutes walk away. I would return any time"

"I cannot say much about the interior as I never got in. You need to call beforehand to gain access. I called 15 times over a 12 hour period (I have the call logs to prove it) and no one ever answered. I even had some locals call on their phone to make sure it was not me and no answer. I had to find another hotel at last moment and will now see if I can get a refund. The area is a bit rough around the edges. If you stay here make sure you can gain access. Good luck. "
