"We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. But it's also an easy walk to all of the old town & the waterfront. When staying in hotels we always like option of a good breakfast included: HNN provides a very good one, with a variety of savoury, sweet, good pastries & cake, unlimited proper coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc. Reception staff v helpful, easy checking, stored our luggage pre & post check-in and checkout."

"The staff were extremely Lu attentive, kind and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel is excellent. At first I thought the traffic noise would be a problem, but it was not. I would stay there again. "

"Very small room for 2 adults, bathroom as well. Drawers were broken in desk and night table. Not aware that we would climb 20 steps up to hotel with luggage . Location was close to cruise port which was good but the area was very dirty and can be intimidating. I was bitten by small mosquitoes during the night …welts and intense itching. Owners did try to help ….thought it was allergies to laundry soap but it was bites . "

"The bed and bathroom were great! The flooring, room and couch seemed a bit dated, ac was a bit noisy. But service was good. Breakfast was also not bad - cold only but ok. 2 varieties of cold cuts , some cheese, cakes/bread etc The Luxury tag didn’t quite go with my room but all in all it was ok. There was an elevator. The good part was it was just a 2 minute walk from the station . "

"The hotel was very conveniently placed in the city the rooms were clean and big enough. But the number one stand out was the staff. The two ladies on reception were unbelievably kind, helpful and courteous. "

"No one spoke English and very very rude when I suggested using translate app. They charged 7 euros for breakfast that did not look very good. I had 2 cups of coffee and a glass of oj for 7 euros. Location was good for us but nothing else was. Would not stay here again."
