Paper thin walls. 3:30 am banging doors and crying next door. The staff were good and eager to help an old hard of hearing old man. Very clean. Good location near train station, restaurants, and historic old town

We arrived late in the evening around 10pm, last parking nearby closes at 12 so kind off were squeezes to find a place to eat. The hotel clean and friendly staff.

A budget hotel in city center of Genua.

A small budget hotel in perfect location in Genoa, close to the central station and the old town. No luxury, but the rooms are nice and clean.

Central, close to the railway station. Standard is not high, but you have everything you need. Clean. A bit noisy from the street.

Do not book this hotel. Stay away. I was left without a hotel room at 9pm stranded. I had two confirmations from Expedia regarding my booking. One being a text confirmation the other an email. When I showed up to check in, the woman at the front desk said it’s canceled. I showed her my confirmation, she said that’s between you and the booking agency. I showed her both confirmations, she began screaming at me to speak Italian I’m in Italy. The entire city of Genoa was booked and I was left with no hotel room. I contacted Expedia and they informed me it was a confirmed booking and the hotel was to collect the payment in local currency. The hotel decided since it didn’t receive a credit card payment in advance to give my confirmed room away another person. This hotel should be taken off as an option on Expedia as they could do this again to another person.

ジェノバプリンチペの駅近で便利。運良くバルコニー付きの最上階だったのでゆっくりできました。プリンチペの駅は地下鉄と連動。各エリアに行けるバスターミナルがあります。

Dårlig oplevelse

Ankommer lørdag formiddag, hvor manden i receptionen er utrolig lidt serviceminded, meget akavet og stille. Værelset vi skal bo på er fint, ikke noget særligt - dog lidt beskidt… Jeg havde bestilt et ophold til 5 nætter, hvori det fremstod, at morgenmad var inkluderet, hvilket jeg selvfølgelig betalte ekstra for.. Da vi spørger en ny receptionist samme aften som vi er ankommet, hvad tid morgenmad er, siger han, at de har lukket for morgenmaden. Vi prøver at forklare ham, at vi altså har betalt for morgenmad, men han nægter at lytte eller udføre en dialog - han står bare, nærmeste råbende, og siger “No breakfast, no breakfast”, indtil vi til sidst opgiver og forlader receptionen. Da vi kommer ned næste morgen, på vej ud for at finde morgenmad et andet sted, bliver vi stoppet af en tredje receptionist, som spørger om det er os der har bestilt morgenmad, hvortil vi svarer ja og bliver ført ind i morgenmadsrummet. Her får vi serveret “morgenmad” som består af sur kaffe, en tør croissant og nogle tuc-kiks. Meget fint af dem, at de serverede en form for morgenmad til os (vi var de eneste på hele hotellet der fik morgenmad), men det var tydeligt, at de under normale omstændigheder serverer en mere omfattende morgenmadsbuffet, og at dette bare var en lappe-løsning, for at undgå problemer. Kommer aldrig til at booke et ophold her igen.
