"The checkin staff were great. We got there early and although the room was not yet ready they called as soon as it was.
The hotel is a but retro/dated but clean and well maintained. Excellent location.
Breakfast was a bit difficult. The staff seemed overwhelmed. We asked 3 times for the coffee to come. There was no toast,
sausages or bacon at the buffet and when we asked it took a long time to be replenished. There seemed to be a lot of staff but maybe young and inexperienced as they didnt...
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My Dad broke his tooth and the staff recommended a dentist to help us. We will had two more weeks on our trip and are from Ontario."
"This hotel is old, tired and much in need of an update. The carpets are worn and faded. The furniture is tired and scarred. When we checked in, the AC in our room was turned way down and the room temperature was 60 F. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. Breakfast was good but we have had that same breakfast in Comfort Inns across Canada and the USA for the past 20 years. Any new, original ideas?
Finally, we paid $367 for one night, a completely excessive cost."
