Stay included breakfast with reasonable choices. Shower facilities needs maintenance as water pressure was very low, everything else is good and room had massive wardrobes and a lovely balcony."

"Well situated in Funchal. We found it a straightforward walk into the city centre and near to the airport bus stop. Friendly and helpful staff. Small swimming pool on roof which helped cooling off after our levada walks. "

We loved our stay and no ask was too much of the extremely friendly staff, we were provided with packed breakfasts when out early for trips and helped us to get car hire easily too. The only thing which could improve would be the breakfast service. Food was good for the price but the way in which you have to queue up and point to what you would like is strange and seems unnecessary and can be difficult if there are language barriers. "Very helpful staff. Has a great pool. Our room had a fantastic view. There is a cafe on site with semi limited hours. it was walkable to the main part of town but too much to walk back to since it is way up the hill (but it is doable for many). You can request a breakfast basket for a cost and we did it once and you can pick as many items as you want and it was very nice and well worth it. We would stay here again! "

Needed more than one fan didn't ask if could have more as weather just becoming hot as left. The warning of very late night , very early morning noise , music, talking, putting away and setting out restaurants was accurate, so we expected it.
