"No hot water and when we arrived (it had clearly been an issue as we heard other guests talk about it) no one mentioned it. Someone from our party went to ask reception and they were very dismissive. The next day still no hot water, I understand they couldn’t have fixed it there and then but they could if been proactive is telling us and offering to try and fix it."

"We had superior rooms on the second floor with wonderful views. They were clean and comfortable, though the room service was a little careless. The second floor is accessed via 2 long stair cases. Quite an effort for 2 old codgers with cases. Staff were helpful and polite. This is more like a large pub with rooms, though popular with the locals and always busy, probably due to reasonable prices. All in all ,a good experience. Love Ross."

"Room could have done with an easy chair but was good otherwise. Hotel seems to pick its staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. Not a bad one amongst them. Plenty of choice at breakfast though evening meals were limited as awaiting new cooling facilities. Plenty of parking at front and back of hotel. Hotel location ideal for getting into Gloucester. Very pleased overall and would definitely use again."

"We didn't get to stay here as there was a leak that damaged room we were supposed to stag in! They couldn't even be bothered to fund us somewhere else to stay disappointed it was my birthday weekend so had to come back home"

"We had a fantastic stay here to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Hotel is located really close to all Malvern facilities like the theatre, shopping, evening entertainment and access to the hills. We booked the "delixe apartment" but internally atvthe hotel this is known as the "Hideaway" It is actually a 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful period features like dormer windows bit the important elements have been lovingly refurbished recently.
