"Friendly staff upon arrival. Cold water was handed to us by the valet which whom was the bell hop ad well. Front desk team did all they can ro help us enjoy my wife birthday weekcation. A bigger family needed our room type and they gave it to them and upgraded us for the inconvenience. Room havd a great ocean and pool view as well as close to the Rainforest cafe and Ihop. "Two-night stay. Excellent staff and breakfast. Very clean and tidy. Free parking and safe area. Overall, I wish we could have given it a 5-star rating; however, the air conditioner unit was SO NOISY we couldn't get a good night sleep both nights. The a/c unit was located less than 3 feet from the head of our bed. Extremely noisy! Had to take a sleeping pill both nights. Still, would wake up about 2 a.m. and move thermostat up from 75 degrees to 80 degrees just to keep it from cycling on...

"The house is a welcoming and quiet venue for quiet rest and overnight stays. Room 4 was small and cramped, but the queen sized bed was wedged into the room but was very comfortable. There was no room to walk around it. There was an in room bathroom that was clean and cramped, but it was convenient. We were able to walk to close by restaurants for dinner and breakfast. We then walked to the pier for embarkation for a cruise."
