"Nice hotel with lots of fun amenities. We enjoyed the pool and sitting by the fire. We loved having actual beach towels provided to use at the pool. Our room was clean. You can tell it is an older hotel, but it is well kept. The breakfast was good. We would stay there again. "

Hall way carpet was a mess needs replaced and attention to detail in a lot of areas was lacking paint all over ceiling tiles on tile very messy had to adjust ceiling tiles in shower could see up in to utility area cleaner came to clean room I asked them to come back in a 1/2 hr. They agreed never came back. Just things you wouldn’t expect from a higher end resort! "

"My family opted for an upgrade to a bigger room which made their stay more comfortable. During booking this room wasn't an option, why? The fire alarm going off for over 2 hours was extremely frustrating for them. False alarm apparently and it still took that long to get it shut off. They had to be up by 3:45 am for excursion."
