"Pool was no available to guest due to a private event going on then the Hotel charged a fee to guest who stayed here to have acess to the pool when we are already a guest in this hotel it defeats the purpose of charging me a resort fee where I can’t have acess to use it so I demand a full refund for my resort fees"
