"Everything about this place was amazing. The staff the care they take to make everything special.we love sitting out on the huge terrace overlooking the garden with a hot tub that was very nice to use. The location of the hotel made for a very quiet sleep as well as the rooms themselves. We did not hear any neighbors. It was only a short walk to the main shopping areas and chairlift. I definitely highly recommend this place!"
"Would have liked box(es) of tissues in room. We used extra TP roll (we had colds).
Streetnoise not a big problem, except a siren now & then.
Bed VERY firm. AC system worked well.
Good restaurants on Medina, which our room overlooked. We tried 3 of the 5; enjoyed all. Alas, the very nearby area seems to be a Gelato shop "desert." But ask at desk: easy walk to large market so fridge in room very handy."
"This place is run down and needs a major upgrade. Our room had yellowed old wallpaper with scuffed up walls with drywall showing. The hotel was in a great location that had a balcony overlooking the street below. It was very noisy at night from street activity. Only two wall electrical outlets worked. Getting back into the hotel early evening was a challenge. The huge outside door was locked. No one answered the intercom system although two people were sitting at the desk when we finally...
"Loved the location, walking distance to ferry as well as train stations, great selection of restaurants within walking distance, enjoyed our stay here!"
"Nice hotel centrally located in Naples. Our room and bathroom were very small but it was clean, modern and had a nice little balcony overlooking the street below. The hotel has an elevator and the adequate breakfast was served on a terrace on the top floor."
"Great location
Ms Angelica was very helpful
Loved the terrace in our room
Old fashioned rooms. Very loud fridge in the room. Shower room needs meintenance.
This hotel needs to be upgraded."
