"Very nice property. Staff was very helpful"

"The hotel didn’t have an electrical plug next to the bed, we were 3 person that used CPAP machines for sleeping. The shower was clogged and the water wouldn't drain; the towels were poor quality and didn't dry you off; the beds were very uncomfortable, making it impossible to get any rest. The walls were very thin, and noise from the adjoining rooms could be heard."

"The staff was great, the room isn’t the most modern but was definitely comfortable.. I was happy to find a clean and functional laundry room.. there are lots of shops nearby.. buses and trams basically at the front door.. airport shuttle around the corner.. would be happy to stay again"

"The hotel is located close to Victoria Harbour, Nathan Road, and shopping + meals where easy to find given the great location"

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, the room had a strong unpleasant smell and felt damp throughout my stay. The staff were not welcoming and rarely smiled. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this hotel to others."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights. Clean, comfortable and well located next to Tin Hau MTR. I liked that the room was decent sized, typically in HK you’ll find mostly tiny rooms; this one was okay. The shower needs a little love, it seems a bit dated, but worked just fine. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Overall good value."

"Clean room, we enjoyed our stay"
