"Breakfast the staff were not monitoring when certain foods etc were running out and had to be chased, then it seemed to take an age. The food was nice though.
The cost of the buffet evening meal was far to steep so never eat there atall, a bit more thought could be used to make it on par with establishments near by.
In general the hotel was nice in a great location the staff were polite and helpful although a little slow as per the breakfast comment.
The safe charge is not justified only the...
Danke!"
"Have just come back from a week stay at the Maribel, firstly all the staff are fantastic, special mention to Marc who helped us swap our room, no fuss very straightforward. We didnt have breakfast there but the food we did have (evening meals) was very good and a wide choice. Efficient service, supermarkets and gift shop on the site, bus stop nearby, and taxi rank. No problems with sunbeds, lovely pool. Bars and restaurants near by
Would definitely return."
"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Illunion Menorca. Our room was clean and comfortable. It did feel a little more basic and dated than the pictures shown online, but that wasn’t a massive problem for us.
The kitchenette was okay, although lacked some essential utensils e.g a sharp knife, chopping board etc. We did mention this to the hotel and were told that they didn’t have any of this.
The breakfast was good with lots of variety.
There were padel courts too which was fun.
The pool was...
"The hotel location was excellent (5 min walk to edge of the old town) and lots of free parking close.
The hotel was clean and staff very helpful and polite.
We didnt have breakfast but there are numerous options all within a few minutes walk."
"We (myself and five young adults) spent six nights here in early September 2026. The resort is small and pretty, the bar and pool were beautifully kept, and it was incredibly peaceful. The staff were all lovely - unobtrusive but always there if you needed something. The apartments are 5 mins from the supermarkets and bars - though while they advertise a 6 minute walk to beach, I would say 15 minutes due to the area being hilly and lots of steep steps. The beach is absolutely stunning when you...
"It was a pretty good place to stay. Not that nicest accommodation, and some parts could do with updating (eg we were excited to see a hammock outside our room - but it was covered in mildew). It was quite quiet which was nice. The staff were helpful at check in and helping to book us an early morning taxi to the airport, and the breakfast was good. It's not very central but still walkable to everything we wanted to do. They were able to provide a rollaway bed for my son so we can two separate...
"The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent, but whilst there were choices for breakfast, I think it could be improved.
A shelf in the shower would be a great addition to the bathroom and the towels upgraded.
Overall though, a sweet little hotel in a beautiful location. Would recommend."
