"Great neighborhood! Close walking to visitor center, museums, coffee shops ,restaurants, subway, bus. People at the hotel were very helpful. Our room was very comfy and having a fridge and microwave was very nice! Also had a rooftop pool ! Would definitely stay here again ! "

"The free self parking was good. Founded parking almost instantly despite a full parking lot. Check in was not too long. Staff was respectful. Room was nice, however did have to request room change after discovering rust marks in bathtub. Second room was ok. Would recommend air-conditioning in hallways. The hallways were very humid, however upon entering room the temperature was much better, nice and cool. There is microwave in common area on the floor and mini refrigerator in the room I booked....

"Our stay was mostly good. The kitchen was stocked funny and it took us 4 days to find the cutting board that was stored under the kitchen sink. There also weren’t enough utensils for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and the couch in the living room became another bed. Our only complaint about that is it is the only room without room darkening curtains so it got bright in there very early in the morning. The resupply area is a good idea but lacked in execution. "We experienced heavy water leakage at 3AM in our room. After notifying the staff, they were able to get us into another room quickly. "

"Great location. Great view. Super nice staff. The shower only has a half piece of glass so water goes all over the bathroom. We did laundry and the services in the basement were great! Breakfast only has waffles on the weekend. And they only had Silk milk for cereal. Milk is a necessity when having cereal—especially with kids. Milk or waffles—please have one. "

"It was a comfortable place. The rooms were mostly clean, but this hotel definitely needs a little tlc. The staff was really kind and the golf room and pool were not operational. Overall it was an easy in and out and comfortable room so we were satisfied"

"Annoyed by minor inconvenience would be the best way to describe THIS visit. Normally there are ZERO problems I have at this property but there were two that stood out. Issues with opening door to room and water pressure, or a lack thereof, in the shower. Staff, as always, were attentive and attempted to rectify problem (but in a sold out property, what can one do?). "
