"Expedia users often get less desirable rooms. This room was right above the entry to the hotel and not interesting/bad view. Hotel clearly was not very busy – seems like they lose an opportunity to upgrade someone when there is clearly a lot of availability. More frustrating is that the hotel pool was closed. "Clean rooms, missing some basic amenities which we had to pick up from the lobby. Overall ok."
