"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "A piscina aquecida é excelente, o café da manhã muito bom e o restaurante serve uma comida incrível. Infelizmente, no quesito acomodação, limpeza e serviço, o hotel tem muito a melhorar. O banho era uma tortura, ou a agua ficava quente demais ou gelada, temperar a água era quase impissivel e quando conseguiamos, ficava bom por menos de 30 segundos. Ficamos 2 dias, pedi para trocarem o lixo do banheiri porque estava cheio, a lixeira era muito pequena, nao trocaram, o papel ficou envolta da...
