"A few weeks after booking, the hotel sent me a message that it would be closed for renovations during the time I had booked to stay. I had prepaid the money for my room, so I replied to ask for the money to be returned to me, but I never received a reply. After contacting the hotel several more times, I still never received a reply. I never received my money back, so I paid for a hotel room that I was not allowed to use. This felt like a scam."
"Excellent hospitality!!! Mr Musa was beyond helpful and kind. The food was yummy I give 10/10 to the chef!!! The staff were helpful and kind well mannered. If you want to experience the village side of the country Nile panorama hotel is the beat choice . My family/kids and I enjoyed staying there alot . I recommend this place !!!"

"Staff were great. The hotel is falling apart. Evidently two of the owners passed away and the place seems to be struggling. Some of the public areas in the hotel look to be junk storage. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on cardboard. The place is situated in an unpleasant part of the West side. Breakfast was fine. I’m sorry I can’t offer a kinder review. I cannot recommend this hotel."
