"The property was immaculate and the staff were super friendly. The hosted breakfast in the morning was delightful and a step up from a typical continental that you would see at a hotel. My only criticism is that for such a lovely property, the mattresses in the room left something to be desired. They were rather stiff with no forgiveness. For a more 'luxury' sray as they are striving to achieve, the mattresses should be in better condition (given this is the point of a hotel in the first place...

"The room is clean. The surrounding of the hotel is well maintained. The location is great, a few minutes from the main street (Broadway St). Unfortunately, no free breakfast is offered in the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it closes on Monday, which is not mentioned anywhere. Free coffee is provided in the lobby. However, it ran out when I needed. Overall, it is a good place to stay."

"Room was clean and looked newly remodeled. It is one block from the main downtown stores and one block from the beach which was very nice and convenient. The owner was very nice and available. We had a great stay. I highly recommend it."
