"Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean. Definitely recommend. "

"We stayed in room 36 and wow wow wow was we blown away it was 5 star suit soo comfy we were looked after so well Food was excellent breakfast was amazing especially the sousage im.fussy about sousage they were gorgeous .the bath was separate room and very big and the walk in shower was big aswell our weekend was absolutely amazing we were spoilt and the swimming pool area was great took we'll be back. "Property was located right in the heart of Wrexham, with easy/convenient walk from the train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Staff was extremely friendly on check-in. Room and bed were very comfortable for my two night stay. Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, however, everything was very clean and worked perfectly. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the bar/restaurant but looked like a nice place. Wonderful hotel, especially for the price. Won’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in town."
