"clean, beautiful, phenomenal staff, multi languages for communication, ease of access"

"Todo bien"

"Todo en orden. Solo una observación: al elegir la opción del hotel aparece traslado aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto y realmente no hay ese servicio."

"The property itself looks very well taken care of, the staff is very attentive and polite. However, the breakfast is very poor. It lacks of a lot of options and it feels basic."

"I would highly recommend Hotel Alpachaca! Very clean, affordable and safe. Gracias"

"The cabins were excellent, with private pools. The volcanic waters are out of this world: hot, relaxing, therapeutic. The mountains surrounding are impressive, pristine. The gardens are well tended and contribute to a civilized experience. We had massages and the four of us were unanimous about the quality of the care, the technique, the experience. The restaurants are well staffed by caring people, and offered excellent food. It was my third time at Termas Papallacta, and clearly the best."

"Is like been in a Museum. Beautiful place. Roof Top and Terraces. Restaurant was a jail for the inquisition. Personal was friendly. Perfect location. Recomended."

"This is a really unique gem located in Puembro. The staff, both reception and service, were great. Had a really early shuttle to the airport, which they provide. I missed breakfast because of my early departure, but they kindly packed me a breakfast box to go. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Only issue was that it was NOT close to the airport. Expedia said “3.4 miles.” That may have been accurate for as the crow flies, but realistically you have to go all the way around something(?)) to...

"Great staff and clean room"

"This hotel felt truly magical from the moment we arrived. The building has so much historic charm, and the location could not be better. Having breakfast served on the rooftop was a real highlight. Inside, the room was generous in size, impeccably clean, and no street noise. A special thank you to the staff, who were consistently friendly and accommodating. Our only minor issue was the shower drainage, which kept this from being a perfect 5-star review, but we would still happily return"

"A well hidden gem. Lots of character in this delightful hotel with an interior courtyard, steps away from historic Quito. Excellent value. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff, environmentally friendly hotel."

"The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of the central historical district. It is within walking distance to the Plaza Grande, the Presidential Palace, the Plaza San Francisco and the National Cathedral, etc. The property is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is very professional and friendly. Daily room service is provided if needed. Delicious breakfast is served in the morning between 8 and 10 am, and takeout breakfast is also provided for customers who have day tours...

"Overall, it's a good hotel. The staff is excellent. It has a good restaurant with a very good breakfast, and it also serves lunch and dinner. The room has heating, which keeps it a bit too hot for my liking. The television connects to streaming services, and the internet signal is strong throughout the hotel. The hotel is very well located, just steps from La Carolina Park, Quito's largest park, and a few blocks from shopping centers. Unfortunately, an overpass right in front of the hotel...

"Hermoso"

"Hotel muy decente , buena atención, cerca al coliseo Rumiñahui , agua caliente muy bien , toallas limpias , todo el personal muy amable , pero en el restaurante 45 minutos desde que pedí el plato hasta que me lo trajeron"

"Everything was great except for the electronic key for the elevator which didn't work and the keypad at the door was fickle and very annoying. That's why it's only four stars"

"What an amazing hotel! You must stay here if you’re visiting Quito! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. You are close to old town and other monuments. The hotel is very clean"

"The hotel was charming and staff were extremely helpful. Because it was an older hotel, the hot water was inconsistent."
