"This is a spectacular property. Our room was large, comfortable, cozy and there were lots of extras. A balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, a large breakfast included with American items like scrambled eggs, waffles, cut up fresh fruit, a nicely stocked mini bar, coffee machine in room, various glasses and mugs, water bottle. A sauna and fitness room. Plus, Zermatt is a fun village with lots of shopping and restaurants. The owner and employees are kind and helpful. A++ rating. "

"We were on the top floor and the last floor up does not have a lift. I was grumpy about it at first but our view of the Matterhorn was so spectacular that it was worth the inconvenience. Only complaint I have is their check in was 3pm and the reception desk wasn't staffed until the. So there was no getting in our room early but we were able to store our luggage. "

"An unbeatable view with Matterhorn day and night. Very spacious and comfort room. Nice staff. Location is a bit far from train station but it is acceptable as just walk along the Main Street of Zermatt for shopping."

"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"
