"Location & room tastefully decorated. There was a stain down the side of the bed, indicating the mattress cover was not changed, and the skirt wasn’t changed, which should be checked before new guest checks in. I asked for it to be fixed. We came back later that day it was not fixed and the ceiling was leaking this morning before we checked out. The entire floor was wet, luckily we didn’t slip and fall. "

"My husband and son stayed for 2 nights as they were on Cape Cod for a golf tournament. They raved about the comfort and location. The room had a convenient kitchenette and they noted the pool, the breakfast, a dinner across the street, and goats! We will try to get back soon for a longer stay. "
