"Rooms are quite small but perfectly adequate and comfortable for 2 people. Ensuites are "pods" installed in the rooms and so are small but useable. Staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and hot food was hot, not lukewarm as in so many other hotels. Wi-Fi worked well most of the time though we did experience very brief "outages" in our room. Location was perfect, situated on the edge of Queen's Dock, with rooms on one side of the hotel...

"Midden in de stad met restaurants en winkeltjes tegenover en naast het hotel. Op 5 minuten lopen van de Mersey en Mathew Street. Wil je een basic accommodatie voor verblijf / slapen en een centrale ligging is het een aanrader. "

"The hotel is in a perfect position on the promenade, free evening street parking was available and I think there is a payable car park too. Rooms were spacious, warm, clean, the tea and coffee tray was well stocked and soap and shower gel was available in the bathroom. Towels were large and soft, I felt that my duvet was too light but that’s just my personal preference. Breakfast was beautiful, everything you could want, fresh, well cooked and continuously replenished. The restaurant was huge...
