"It was a decent, comfortable stay. The bathroom smelled a bit funny upon my arrival though. Some improvements that could be made: It's a bit ironic that there are door hanger signs talking about skipping daily cleans to save the natural resources, but there were single-use disposable paper cups and wooden coffee stirrers in the rooms, which seems to me that it's just about the company saving their costs, and not the environment. It would be great if the cafe/restaurant menus were provided...

"Rooms are nice enough, breakfast was a bit chaotic with some inconsiderate guests taking handfuls of fruit - 8 bananas in once case. Gym is ok but is swelteringly hot - please fix the aircon in there. "

"From the time we checked in to our departure the service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help. It was nice to be able to walk to an antique fair on at the racecourse. To all the staff a thank you for a very pleasant stay probably the best we have stayed in all our years of travelling overseas."
