"The staff upon checking in was absent and I waited a while to check in. We had a few problems with our stay as well. I asked if we could be on the ground floor due to my son having autism and being loud. The concierge didn’t say anything and put us on the second floor. I didn’t mind being on the second floor but we were not communicated with. The shower door was taken off as well as a broken towel holder. The towel holder was just shoved into a place under the sink. I called to notify about...
