"Lovely boutique hotel located in historic old town Cuenca. Safe and convenient. You can stay here and walk local historic streets and see the local churches and check out local restaurants. Room was clean and neat. Service was great!"

"This is a nice, cozy hotel. The Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The one thing that was a bit bad well not bad but sort of uncomfortable is that there was no heating in the room and it got really chilly in the evening and morning but the comforter was sufficient to stay warm. There is a restaurant (Kolo) on the top floor and the food is super good and the Staff there super friendly. "

The only disappointment was that even though the hotel is clearly advertised as including breakfast we were told at check in and again later that day (after I reviewed my reservation and the website) that we don’t get free breakfast included with our stay. We were told we didn’t book the option that included breakfast. Even after I said that our reservation and the site said it was included I was still told no. The false...

"The hotel was wonderful. It has an old-world charm but with the features of a modern hotel. The rooftop restaurant had amazing views and unbelievable food. I enjoyed every aspect of the hotel except that they did not have parking on-site. "

"Yo pensaba que por el precio iba a ser un hotel regular, pero al llegar a la habitación me doy cuenta que el baño no tenía la parte del asiento y la tapa, luego ya acomodándome me doy cuenta que las sábanas y cubrecamas estaban de color amarillo y con un pequeña pinta de sangre… de las almohadas ni hablar, tuve que pedir nuevas sábanas porque era realmente desagradable. "Fabulous staff food and proprtty"

"This is a lovely property. The only complaint about the facilities is the towels were threadbare and fraying and the sheets thin. The location is excellent. All the historic area sites are within walking distance and there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops and pâtisseries on every block. We booked 4 nights though unfortunately they relocated us to another NASS hotel the first night...said our room needed repair. The explanation was a bit fishy. Then there was a mix up with billing on...
