"Great staff and location. Walking distance to shopping, restaurant, and tourist attractions. I would recommend it to anyone. This hotel must have been something very special in its day. The bed was comfortable and room where clean the only complaint was that there was no where to plug my CPAP machine by the bed, so I just moved it closer to the plug in. Bring a mall cord just incase."

"I really wanted to love this hotel but it just fell down on so many things, mostly down to design flaws and mistakes We booked 3 double rooms for five adults and had to tell staff once by phone and once in person that this is not the same as one double and one family room! Only one of us got the message about a reduced rate in the next door car park so some had to park 10 minutes away as the price was so expensive next door We finally got our 3 rooms, all with shower issues, leaks, mold, poor...

"My phone died when I was trying to do the card verification during check in process, but the staff still kindly allows me to get into the room and I was able to charge my phone at ease. Thank you! I was however a bit disappointed on how they do not respond to any of my chat through this app and do not pick up the call when I ring them."
