"We enjoyed our stay. The room was older but still had everything we needed. Coffee machine was a bonus. Our 2nd night we had people above us which was reasonably noisy. Other than that it was a great stay."
"Great place to stay. Ample parking. Comfy beds. Great food that turned up at the door 2 mins after ordering on line along with a free beer each night."
"Lovely boutique style accommodation, central location in the city. Easy parking. Comfortable room, with a living area. If staying on level two, be prepared to carry luggage up one flight of stairs."
"Fantastic little get away. The bar and restaurant were top notch meals were first class, staff are friendly, very comfortable sitting infront of the fireplace with a beverage soaking up the character. The rooms were well appointed and the continental breakfast was a welcome addition. Would definitely stay again."
"No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it"
"Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt...
"Our stay at The Florance was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the wonderful breakfast was a perfect start to the day. I truly could not fault it!"
