"The room is small, the bathroom is too, but the biggest issue we had was they refused to turn on the air conditioner. It was at least 20 c outside and 23c inside. Opening the window helped for a bit but it is an airport so had to close to cut the noise to sleep. We were told they only activate the a/c in the summer. They need to realize climate change is a thing and let the customer choose their own comfort level. "

"Lovely hotel and amazing for the kids. Pool is a bonus, especially being open so late!! We also made use of the soft play area and the playground outside which were great. "A decent stay at a decent, well-known brand hotel. The service at check in and check out was very friendly and helpful.Convenient and quick access to CDG and well-priced rooms. Breakfast and dinner were just ok, and the quality was basic. No huge complaints except that bed wasn't great, and room was very hot. We ended up sleeping with window open(not ideal at an airport!). Unfortunate timing maybe, as we stayed in late spring and air conditioning hadn't been turned on yet."

"The staff overall were helpful and nice. The breakfast on one side is very nice; however the “tour group” side is nasty. Do not let the lady at the front push you in with the tour group. We were directed to that side and it really was not worth what I paid for the breakfast. I attempted to get the desk to fix the problem, but I had to catch a train….no refund for the breakfast ever came through on my bank card."

"Stayed 5 nights and this is a very attractive, well-located, clean hotel. The staff is terrific and i mean the front desk staff, the bartenders and wait staff and the cleaning staff! All of them were very friendly and so helpful with directions and recommendations. There are multiple metro stations near-by to get anywhere in and around Paris.
