I had a big family problem so we could not visit this hotel in paris. I asked them 2 week before our trip to cancel it but they denied it and said it was the policy. I asked several times also said to just do a 50/50 deal so i can get only 50% refund but then they ignored me. So heartless and no goodwill.

La habitación tenía la llave de la ducha quebrada, donde se sostiene la regadera de mano, está barrido lo que lo debe detener, por lo tanto no se detiene y tienes que bañarte sosteniendo con una mano la regadera de mano, lo cual es muy incómodo, no me gusta no tener el control para regular la temperatura de ml habitación, el viaje fue en invierno y de por sí la temperatura la tienen baja, ayer que llegue a mi habitación dejaron la ventana abierta y estaba hecha un congelador, eso es un pésimo punto, el papel sanitario ya lo he comentado en otras ocasiones es muy malo, debes usar más cantidad, si lo que buscan es ahorrar no tiene sentido gastan mas, tienen un mal sistema en el desayuno, ya que te permiten tu pongas tus huevos a hervir pero si no estás ahí parado a un lado de tus huevos la gente se los lleva y tienes que volver a ponerlos y seguir esperando, el hotel está bien para lo que es, está muy retirado de Paris pero a su favor tiene el metro muy cerca, el personal es amable y de momento solo veo esas áreas de oportunidad ... Recordé les falta bastante con el aislamiento del ruido!!!

El personal es muy amable pero la habitación que me asignaron tiene la regadera insostenible en el tubo, por lo que tienes que bañarte sosteniendola con una mano, lo cual es muy incomodo!! .. otra cosa el ruido del extractor es molesto TODO el tiempo está encendido, el papel sanitario es de lo más corriente y por lo tanto debes usar más, si buscan ahorrar gastos creo esto los hace gastar más, deberían invertir en un buen papel sanitario, me recuerda el episodio de tacaños extremos, donde un señor separaba la doble hoja del papel para según Él ahorrar más y por último el ruido, tienen que mejorar el aislamiento DEFINITIVAMENTE, pero fuera de eso el hotel está bien, lo menciono porque son areas de oportunidad no con afán de criticar.

Bonjour. Je suis L de rosa, je suis votre client depuis des années et je me suis toujours bien retrouvé dans votre hôtel. Hier soir, vers 24h45, nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel, un de mes amis et un de mes amis et dès que le personnel de la réception nous a vus, ils ont fait quelques ragots et ont éclaté de rire. C'était un garçon noir, une fille noire et un autre garçon. Je précise que je suis transsexuel et que ce soit encore un motif de moquerie n'est pas admissible en France.
