"The location was great, the bed comfortable, the room beautiful and clean. The whiskey bar was fabulous! The front desk staff were hit and miss. The guys who checked us in were helpful and great. I called the property twice and both times spoke to the young woman who checked me out. She was not helpful on numerous levels. She told me parking would cost $59 (after i already booked my reso) and there were no other options. When we got there we parked 25 ft away for $25/day. When i tried to pay...

"Had a much better experience at this hotel compared to others near the airport. Even with how close it is to the airport, it still wasn't too loud. They give you complimentary ear plugs too, just in case. You do have to pay for parking using a ticket that gets validated at the front desk. A nice tip is to ask for a reusable ticket from the front desk. They'll ask when your checkout is and set the ticket to expire at the end of the checkout day. That way you can just scan the same ticket each...

"I have been to the lodge many times over the years and have discovered that things are starting to change, no room on the dining area (over crowded), toilets are very loud and the heating cooler units have taken on their noise throughout the night and can be heard on the floors. Time for some upgrades. The lodge is a great place to stay for the area but there are limitations."

"We liked the market place on site and the food options. It was a calm laid back environment without a lot of kids around. It’s not the Hilton or Ritz. If your looking for fancy this isn’t your spot. The fan in our the bathroom didn’t work and we had a moldy/musty smell just as you walked in. The AC was great and kept the room super cool. Overall it was a great stay. We will be back!"

"Love the extra room. The room was clean and staff friendly. The only thing I would change is there is no microwave, the closet was difficult to use and breakfast needs to go to 10:30. It stops at 9:30. "
