"Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Wonderful hot breakfast."

"The staff working the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The only issue was with the sink in the bathroom. There was very little water pressure for the cold water. The other sink was fine. The ice machine down the hall from our rooms (3030 & 3032) did not work. There was also trash on the floor by the machine and a toilet plunger. This does not look good."

"As with most hotels that have an adjoining casino, the room had no microwave or working refrigerator. Other than that, every area of the hotel & my room were very clean. I also had an extraordinary view of the Gateway Arch, Eads Bridge, and the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay at Casino Queen again in the future. "

"This was a great 2 night stay in the downtown area for a Cardinals game and sightseeing. The hotel is walking distance from the stadium and the Gateway Arch and all that is around it, including the beautiful and historic St. Louis Cathedral. I was most impressed by the size of the room (2 Queen beds) which had a large living area and almost felt like a small apartment! We were on the 24th floor (out of 25), and it was quiet and the elevators worked great and not too busy. The room was very...

"Hotel was clean and convenient to airport. They offered shuttle to airport and it was nice. Lady at front desk was not very nice and seemed to not like her job (in evening). Room was nice. "

"The only real complaint I have is that the toilet ran all night, but I told the staff in the morning and they were really receptive to the feedback. All the staff, particularly the breakfast area staff, were exceptionally helpful and kind. "

"Overall wasnt a bad stay, it was clean, close to the area I needed to go. However, the lights to the bathroom were automatic and went off periodically throughout the night so it was not great to sleep. No matter how many times you turned them off about 15 minutes later they were back on. No fridge either in the room. And breakfast was a big joke, nothing out except some orange juice. At least check in and out was super easy and the staff was nice, the beds and pillows too were comfy. Good place...
