"Waited 15+ minutes for staff to show up at front desk to check in. Rang the bell multiple times and called. Property is currently under heavy construction, so I was trying to be as understanding as possible. Elevator was not working, due to construction. They were able to provide a room on the first floor that was a "pet friendly room". I was nervous it there would be a smell, but was surprised that it smelled clean. There was an almost overpowering smell of maybe a deodorizer. It was tolerable (and better than pet stench!). The room itself could have been a little cleaner. You could tell it doesn't get a deep clean often (corners, baseboards, etc). The main areas were very clean. They only had a continental breakfast due to the construction. I didn't even bother checking it out so I don't know how good it was. Overall, I was able to find this place quickly when another property overbooked their rooms and the price was reflective of all the construction hassles. "

"Upon arrival, we came into the parking lot full of trash. To go boxes and contact lenss cases all over parking lot, one space in particular. Bags and trash all over parking lot. Check in staff was absolutely amazing and wonderful. Went to our room to find our trash can full of SOMEONE ELSES TRASH! GROSS!!! That was extremely disappointing. This made the entire room feel dirty. The shower handle plate moves with the handle. It is very difficult to make it work moving with the plate. Upon check out, I told staff I wanted to check out. She took my card, set it down, without looking up, said “thanks” and carried on about her day. I paid quite a bit of money for my stay. I expected to have a really nice stay. I have better experiences and cleaner rooms at eco inns. That’s extreme. I will not be returning to this location. I am very disappointed with my stay."

"The hotel was close to where we needed to be. The lobby is nice enough but the hallways and walls were dirty. Our room had no vent in the bathroom. So anytime someone uses the bathroom it smells up the room the linens were itchy and the property was not well mai tained. The building looks dingy."
