"Very good staff experience from check in to breakfast to checkout. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Bedroom quiet but I could easily hear neighbors talking while I was in bathroom/shower. Better than typical continental breakfast. Nice clean pool and workout facility. "

"The rooms need an update. The room I was in had stains on the carpet and foot stool. Also they need to clean the rooms a little better. My room had a paper towel and a candy rapper left on the floor. Even when I had the room refreshed in the middle of the stay, they missed both of these items again."

"The hotel is in beautiful condition and is very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and effecient, despite the language barrier. There is a design flaw in their handicap accessible showers. The floor is tilted outward and the water floods into the hallway."

"This property was close to anything you wanted to do at Newport on the Levee. The rooms are not very soundproof and since it is a pet friendly hotel someone's dog was barking and disturbing us even in the middle of the night. This was in no way the hotel's fault with exception maybe the rooms could be better soundproofed. The hotel was extremely clean and had a bar on site which was nice. The swimming pool area was really nice too. Maybe a few additional chairs for seating around pool area....

"This hotel was a great option for our family on our vacation! Parking was incredibly convenient, we were close to several restaurants, and it was nice having the little shop inside the hotel for drinks, food, and necessities. Would stay here again!"
