The area is beautiful and safe, and the owners make it a point to make sure guests are getting what they want out of a vacation. Thank you for nudging us to bike to Punta Uva, Eric. "So we booked hotel room for 4 people and we got 4 queen size beds. That was unusual but ended up very comfortable. We had apartment with kitchen and hall. The pool was small but refreshing after all day hiking or ocean salt. It is about 18 mins walk to the beach so that was not as cool. I have ne er seen these huge bamboo trees. Over all very good stay."
