"We initially booked 3 rooms which were advertised to have sofa beds, in every other hotel we have stayed at there are extra duvet and pillows inside the wardrobe however this was not the case. When we went to request the extra duvet and pillows the receptionist was rude and told us we should’ve requested these ahead of time. You would think we’re were asking for something obscure and not a duvet and pillow at a hotel with his reaction. Eventually my sister explained we were here for her wedding...

"Arrived late, (2 a.m.) but efficient checking in service and soon settled in for a good night's sleep (aided greatly by the knowledge that check out wasnt until 12)"

"Lovely and clean plus there was an iron and ironing board in the room, the markdown is due to no usb port in the room. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful when I requested my fried egg to be flipped ( can't stand raw white)"
