"Lovely and clean and very quiet. The food was amazing however the drinks were well over priced and when we went to pay for the food they automatically added a 10% service charge on without asking."

"Lovely hotel room was clean, breakfast was excellent, evening meal was excellent too, great location"

"Although much about this property is dated, the warmth of its welcome, the high quality of its food, and the ease of parking (for £4 a day in the carpark across the road) make this a five star stay."

"Good rooms cosy bar good food convenient to all shops"

"Efficient and friendly staff, clean rooms with all the facilities you need. Evening meal and service was excellent couldn’t fault my stay would definitely recommend."

"The staff were very helpful & we had an excellent cooked breakfast."

"We did not even get to the bedroom. The noise level was so high the barman could not hear us. The area was dirty."

"Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

"Door was already unlocked when we arrived 28th Oct even though key was in secure unit which seemed a bit strange considering the place is shut on a Wednesday. Main light didn't work only table lamp."

"Very nice stay indeed. Owner very helpful on a minor housekeeping issue. Breakfast is in the coffee shop on the ground floor of the building and was really nice - speaking to locals they told me this was the best breakfast place in Bewdley, without knowing I was staying there. The only thing is that this property is on a busy main road so if road noise is an issue for you bear that in mind"

"Room not to bad view horrible"

"Beautiful character property with cute rooms, really nice staff and delicious breakfast. Location is gorgeous!"

"Behind the famous pork shop on a small lane. The room was difficult to find bit just pop in the shop and the super staff will assist you. The rooms are really nice, small, clean today and stylish. I think we were unlucky as the the good folks in the room above walked around all night and you can hear every footstep, and creak. The firm alarm needed a new battery and beeped all night."

"Yes I wud stay again"

"Bed was super comfortable and the rom clean, however, second year in a row I have stayed here and on both occasions there have been problems with the showers. I think there needs to be serious maintenance carried out in the showers. Drains not working, taps not turning off properly. My room, this time was next to a staff only room and at 3:30 am I heard doors opening and closing for the net hour or so, not sure if they were early workers or late night staff."
