"This was our fourth stay at Hotel Regina. We have previously enjoyed visiting and even recommended the hotel to friends, who stayed there for two nights. Unfortunately, our latest experience was very disappointing. Due to an unexpected family emergency, we had to shorten our stay by one night. We contacted the hotel hoping for some understanding and flexibility given these exceptional circumstances and our history as returning guests. "Hotel location is ok with descent breakfast included"

The second day we did not have hot water, all of a sudden was broken. Also one of the staff like an elderly man in his 50’s is always scowled, and answers abruptly. Looked unhappy ! I don’t think I will recommend this hotel to anyone cause you should be there to...

"We loved it... Super clean well maintained classic hotel. Friendly staff which appeared to be the family owned business.... Definitely using them again in the future.. 🤗"
