"Overall the property was very nice. But the cabin we stayed in had very small ants running around. Some of the staff was new and didn’t know some of the details, which is ok but you need to be patient."

"The beds could have been much better than they were. Very cheaply done. Only one TV in the cabin, not much sitting room to accommodate 6 adults..."

"Beautiful home and setting to visit Urbanna. "

"I booked this property for a birthday getaway. In decades of travel, I have never experienced anything like this. The house is in serious disrepair — broken and unstable columns, railings not secured to posts, trip hazards, visible mold, a filthy coffee maker, and a moldy shower. This property did not feel safe. "Amazing property, the view was amazing & the atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking."

"My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible!"

"Hosts were terrific; we never had better breakfasts or stayed in a hotel with a more welcoming calming charming atmosphere. Good Job guys."
