"We enjoyed the pool area "

"The pool area was clean, food was good, the sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest. When we arrived we should of been self catering but wasn’t a room available with a kitchen area so upgraded us to all inclusive which was good"

"Great place to stay in Los Cristianos. The room and the whole property were spotless and well maintained. The unit was very well equipped and spacious. Close to many restaurants as well as supermarkets. Easy walk to the beach and shops (10 min) and about 5 minutes walk from local/airport bus. "

"We were housed in the main building facing the main road on the 2nd floor, though you could not hear any noise when the doors were closed. The hotel is looking a little tired but overall, the condition was good. The beds were very comfortable, though they did split and slide across the floor when a certain activity was involved! The pool area was really nice with plenty of loungers. Prices of the food and drink were what you would have expected. Some items were more expensive than what you have...

"Clean room and staff. "

"Long story short. One staff member with curly hair was rude and judgemental due to us being two young lads. We were asked to leave reception on the first day due to me slightly laying down on one of the sofas while we waited to go to the airport. We were asked by her to go outside, yet 2 females,( doing the exact same thing) were not asked to moved. However, totally left to themselves and not bothered at all. I have never ever gone out of my way to make a review but she really did make us feel...

"Staff professional and courteous. Towels changed regularly. Kitchen work surfaces a bit small. Had to run the water until it went from brown to clear. "
